Reports: GMB stats, combined reports, social media, Journal

Who this is for: you want to measure performance of your local business over a period (month, quarter, year), aggregate stats across multiple locations, or get a periodic recap by email. GMB Club handles 4 types of reports.

What you'll see: generate a report for one bubble, a combined multi-location report, view your social media stats per account, and enable the Journal (automatic periodic recap).

The 4 report types

TypeURLWhat it contains
Bubble (single listing)/dashboard/rapports tab BubbleDetailed GMB stats for one bubble: reviews, listing views, actions (calls, directions, site clicks), month-by-month evolution
Combined (multi-bubble)/dashboard/rapports tab CombinedAggregation of multiple bubbles into a single document. Useful for franchises/agencies.
Journal (digest)/dashboard/rapports tab JournalAdaptive periodic recap (reviews, review requests, QR, articles, posts) sent by email
Social Media/dashboard/rapports-sociauxDetailed stats per social account connected (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)

Automatic monthly generation: if you've enabled "Receive monthly reports" in Settings › Auto-replies, GMB Club generates and sends you a full Bubble PDF report every 6th of the month by email.

Access the Reports page

From the Dashboard"Reports" card (chart icon), or via the navigation Google Business › Reports.

URL: /dashboard/rapports

Reports page - Bubble

The header shows:

  • Title "Reports" + subtitle "View your performance reports."
  • Yellow educational banner:
    • Bubble Report: detailed statistics of your Google listing (reviews, views, actions)
    • Combined Report: overview of all your locations in a single report
    • Journal: periodic recap of your activity (reviews, requests, posts, articles) delivered by email
  • 3 tabs: Bubble (default), Combined, Journal

Bubble Report (single listing)

Tab "Bubble" selected by default. You see:

Create a custom report

Form to generate a report over any month range:

FieldDescription
Start monthDropdown of available months (since your GMB listing was connected)
End monthDropdown — must be ≥ Start month
Report name (optional)E.g.: Annual review 2026. If empty → auto name (May 2026, January-March 2026...)

The "Generate custom report" button only activates if you've picked both Start month AND End month.

On click, generation takes 5-15 seconds (fetching Google data + rendering). You're then redirected to the Report history list.

Report history

Report history

Below the form, you see the list of every report already generated for this bubble. For each entry:

  • Type badge: Custom, Monthly, Combined
  • Report title + bubble name
  • Period (e.g.: "Food'Alexandre - Lyon Bellecour - May 1, 2026 → May 22, 2026")
  • 4 action buttons:
    • PDF — downloads the report as PDF (~10 formatted pages for sharing)
    • CSV — exports raw data as CSV (spreadsheet, Excel processing)
    • Details (orange button) — opens the interactive detailed view of the report
    • Delete — removes the report (irreversible)

Interactive Details: this is the richest view. You see the month-by-month evolution charts, the top search keywords, the actions, the reviews, the response rate, etc. That's what lets you spot trends.

What's in a Bubble Report?

SectionContent
HeaderSphere logo, bubble name, period, generation date
Review statsTotal cumulative, new in period, average rating, response rate, average response in days
Listing viewsViews on Google Search + Google Maps, broken down by month
ActionsWebsite clicks, phone calls, direction requests — by month
Search keywordsThe queries that triggered your appearance (top 20) — via GMB Insights
PhotosPhoto views by month
AcquisitionReview requests sent in the period and their send status (if you've used Acquisition)
Text analysisPositive / negative keywords extracted from the month's reviews

Combined Report (multi-bubble)

Click the "Combined" tab:

Combined Report

The "Create a combined report" form adds one step compared to Bubble mode:

FieldDescription
Select your listings (0/2)Checkbox list of the sphere's bubbles (e.g.: Food'Alexandre - Lyon Bellecour, Food'Alexandre - Marseille Canebière). "Select all" / "Deselect all" links on the right.
Start monthSame as Bubble report
End monthSame
Report name (optional)E.g.: Q4 2026 Report

"Generate combined report" button (activates when at least 1 listing and both months are filled in).

What a combined report looks like

The PDF (15-25 pages depending on the number of bubbles) contains:

  1. Cover page sphere + period
  2. Multi-location summary: aggregated averages, cumulative review total, etc.
  3. Location comparison: a summary table that ranks your bubbles by performance (top 3 / bottom 3 on each metric)
  4. Per-bubble appendix: a mini individual report for each one

Typical use case: you're a franchisor with 8 locations. You send each franchisee their individual bubble report, and you keep the combined report as your global franchise dashboard.

Journal (automatic periodic recap)

The Journal is a recap email that summarizes for you (or your teams/clients) the activity of your bubble over the last X days without needing to log in.

Click the "Journal" tab:

Journal tab

You see:

  • Title "Journal" + description "Receive a periodic summary of your activity (reviews, review requests, QR, articles, posts) directly in your inbox."
  • Send frequency"Enable the Journal to receive a periodic email recap."
  • "Set up my first send" button (orange)
  • "Preview" (top right) — shows an example of a generated Journal email

Configure the Journal

When you click "Set up my first send", you choose:

SettingChoices
RecipientsOne or more email addresses (you, your team, your client)
FrequencyWeekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly
Send dayMonday, Wednesday, Friday, ... depending on frequency
Blocks enabledCheck the sections to include: Reviews, Acquisition, Social Media, Articles, Visibility, QR codes

What's in a Journal email?

The email adapts to what happened in the period. If nothing changed on social media, that block is hidden. Typical format:

Subject: "Your Journal Food'Alexandre Lyon Bellecour — May 19 to May 25, 2026"

  • 3 new reviews (4.3 average, 2 auto-replied)
  • 8 review requests sent (45% open, 12% conversion)
  • 4 posts published on social (28 total likes)
  • 1 SEO article published on the blog
  • +12 Google positions (ranked keywords)
  • CTA to the bubble's Google Maps to check visitor actions

Social Media Reports (separate page)

URL: /dashboard/rapports-sociaux. This is a different page from the main Reports module.

Social Media Reports

The header is the same (title, yellow banner), but the "Social Media" tab (orange at the top) is active.

Connected accounts

One card per account connected to the bubble:

PlatformShows
FacebookLogo + Page name (e.g.: Food'Alexandre)
InstagramLogo + handle (e.g.: @food_alexandre)
PinterestLogo + account name (e.g.: Food'Alexandre Recipes)
LinkedInLogo + Page name (e.g.: Alexandre Chef)
TikTokLogo + handle (e.g.: @food_alexandre)

Click on a card to display the account's stats (a few seconds to load while fetching stats from the platform).

Stats per account

For each account, GMB Club displays (varies by platform — they don't all expose the same data):

PlatformMain stats
FacebookFans, Profile views, Visits, Reach, Engagement (reactions + comments + shares), Top 10 recent posts
InstagramFollowers, Accounts reached, Profile views, Website clicks, Likes, Saves, Impressions, Top 10 posts
PinterestFollowers, Pins, Clicks, Saves, Boards, Top recent pins
LinkedInLimited
TikTokLimited if permissions are restricted — otherwise Likes, Views, Followers, Engagement

Default period: last 30 days.

Sync delay: "Statistics may take a few hours to sync." Meta and LinkedIn have 4-24h delays. If you just published, wait until tomorrow to see the real numbers.

Once a monthGo to /dashboard/rapports and view the interactive report (detailed charts)
Once a quarterGenerate a custom 3-month report for the trend

Enable automatic monthly reports

  1. Settings › Auto-replies
  2. Toggle "Receive monthly reports"
  3. Fill in "Primary email" (and optionally Secondary email — max 2)
  4. Save

The report is sent automatically every 6th of the month, for the previous month's period (e.g.: June 6 → May's report).

Common issues

"No listing in this bubble" → Your bubble has no Google listing connected. Go to Settings › Connections and link a listing (Doc 1).

The report is empty or very thin → If you just connected your GMB listing, GMB Club has no history yet. Count 4-6 weeks before having significant data. Google Insights only serves data from D+2.

The automatic monthly report doesn't arrive by email → Check: (1) is the toggle really enabled in Settings › Auto-replies? (2) Is the Primary email filled in and valid? (3) Check your spam. (4) You need at least an active subscription (free accounts don't receive auto reports).

My Instagram stats are at 0 even though I have 5K followers → The Instagram connection must be via a Facebook Page linked to a Business Instagram account (not Creator or Personal). Check on Meta Business Suite. Then reconnect in Settings › Connections.

Difference between Combined report and sum of Bubble reports → The combined report aggregates properly (average rating weighted by review count, not simple arithmetic mean; cumulative views, not average; etc.). Always prefer the combined report when you want a global view.

How do I share a report with my accountant / my manager?PDF button on the report row → you download the file → send it as an attachment in an email. Or you enable the Journal with the person's email as a recipient.

The "Details" button doesn't open → Reload the page. If it persists, it's probably a report being regenerated (rare). Try again in 5 min.
