Who sends the messages
GMB Club sends text messages on behalf of the business you just visited, from a toll-free number. GMB Club is a platform that local, multi-location businesses use to manage their online presence, including Google reviews. The business is the sender; GMB Club is the service that delivers the message.
What you receive
One review-request text per visit, inviting you to share your experience in a Google review of that business. The message includes the business name and a link to its Google review form. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
Message frequency: up to one message per visit. You will not be enrolled in a recurring series.
How you consent
You receive a text only if you gave the business your mobile number and agreed to be contacted about your visit, for example at the counter, on a form, or at checkout. Consent is collected by the business; GMB Club does not purchase or rent phone numbers.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation text and nothing further.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].

Your privacy
Your mobile number is used only to deliver the message described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
