SEO Dashboard: analyze your website's rankings
Who this is for: you have a website (WordPress, Wix, anything else) for your business and you want to measure your Google SEO: where you rank, on which keywords, against whom, and which technical issues hold your SEO back.
What you'll see: enter your site URL, read the 5 dashboard tabs (Overview, Performance, Strategy, Technical, Connections), connect Google Search Console to get your real Google data, and use the AI Analysis that prioritizes your actions.
Overview
The SEO Dashboard answers: "Is my website bringing me traffic from Google? How much? On what? And how do I do better?"
It gives you:
- Your ranked keywords on Google + your average position
- Your organic competitors (sites that show up on the same keywords)
- A technical audit of your pages (speed, tags, broken links, etc.)
- Your real Google data (clicks, impressions, real queries) if you connect Google Search Console
Data is refreshed once a month automatically. You can force a manual refresh whenever you want (scan counter visible at the top of the page).
Prerequisites
- A bubble selected in GMB Club
- The URL of your website to analyze (e.g.:
blog.foodalexandre.fr) - An active subscription
Step 1 — Configure the site URL
On your first visit to /dashboard/seo, you see the "Start your SEO tracking" modal:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Site URL | E.g.: https://blog.foodalexandre.fr. With or without https://. |
| Lock note | "This URL will be locked after saving (1 bubble = 1 site). To change it later, connect your site via your site from Articles." |
Click "Run analysis". The first scan takes 2-5 min. When done, you land on the dashboard.
Dashboard overview

The page header shows:
- Title "SEO Dashboard" with the analyzed URL as subtitle (e.g.:
blog.foodalexandre.fr) - Yellow educational banner explaining how it works
- A status card: "Status - Refresh the SEO analysis", orange "Refresh" button + a
1/2counter (2 manual scans max per month on your plan) - 5 tabs:
Overview,Performance,Strategy,Technical,Connections
"Overview" tab
This is the landing screen. 4 main metrics:

| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ranking keywords | How many keywords you appear on in the top 100 Google results. E.g.: 200 (with -4% vs previous month). |
| Site health | Technical score out of 100 (automatic technical audit). E.g.: 92/100. Above 80 = very clean. |
| Estimated monthly traffic | Theoretical estimate of organic traffic (Google volume × average CTR by position). E.g.: ~ 1,207 visitors/month. Becomes real Google data if you connect Search Console. |
| Opportunities to capture | Number of AI recommendations available (high-potential keywords not yet exploited). E.g.: 15. |
Each metric has a 12-month trend mini-chart. The green/red triangle on the right shows the change vs previous month.
"Monthly organic traffic" chart
Below the metrics, you see a 12-month chart with 2 lines:
- Estimated traffic (solid orange) — Theoretical estimate = Google volume × average click-through rate based on your position
- Ranking keywords (dotted orange) — In the background, the number of keywords where you appear each month
Discreet note at the bottom right: "Connect Search Console for your real clicks".
Very important: as long as you haven't connected Search Console, this traffic is an estimate. For real Google data, connect GSC in the Connections tab.
AI Analysis

Below the chart, an "AI Analysis - Summary and prioritized recommendations" block.
The AI reads all of your SEO data (keywords, competitors, technical, Google Search Console if available) and produces:
-
A 2-3 sentence summary of your SEO situation E.g.: "The site ranks well on local queries related to the Lyon Bellecour restaurant (top 5 on several strategic keywords) and shows constant traffic growth (+5%/month over 12 months). Weak points: a few on-page optimizations to fix (images without alt, titles too long) and untapped potential on high-volume keywords like 'best burger lyon' (2,900 searches/month)."
-
A list of prioritized recommendations with 3 levels:
- Critical (fix first)
- Important (medium-term gains)
- Optional (low priority)
Example: "Fix the broken links on the site - The analysis detected 2 broken links (notably /old-menu-2023 in 404). Put a 301 redirect to /menu to preserve the SEO juice. Broken links hurt user experience AND Google's crawl. Quick 5-minute win."
The "View the {{count}} other recommendations" link expands the full list.
"Performance" tab

This tab contains all the ranking data.
"Ranked keywords" table

List of the 200 keywords (max) where your site appears on Google. Columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Keyword | The search term. E.g.: restaurant lyon bellecour |
| Position | Your average position in Google SERPs |
| Volume/mo | Estimated monthly searches on this keyword |
| CPC | Average cost per click in Google Ads on this keyword. E.g.: €1.20. Indicator of commercial value. |
How to read it: you want to rank on keywords with high volume + high CPC = traffic + purchase intent. E.g.:
restaurant lyon bellecour(4,400 searches/month, €1.20 CPC) >pizza recipe(100,000 searches/month but €0.10 CPC — low-value traffic).
Click "See the 25 keywords" to expand the full list.
"Organic competitors" block
Sites that appear on the same keywords as you. For each one:
- URL (e.g.:
lyonresto.com) - Number of shared keywords (e.g.:
187 shared keywords) - Estimated traffic/mo
Tip: your top 5 organic competitors are your real SEO competitors (often different from your commercial competitors). Go check their best-ranking articles to identify topics to attack.
"Strategy" tab

This tab centralizes your SEO strategy.
Tracked keywords (max 50)
A personal list where you add the strategic keywords you want to track precisely, month by month.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Add a keyword | Text field (e.g.: termite treatment Paris) + orange "Add" button. At the next scan, GMB Club measures your position on this keyword and stores its history. |
| See evolution | For each tracked keyword, you see the position month after month (sparkline chart) |
| Delete | Trash icon on the right |
Use case: you launch a new article targeting
chocolate croissant vs pain au chocolat. You add this keyword to Tracked keywords. Every month, you see if you're climbing. If at 3 months your position is >50, it's dead, rework the article.
Keywords to capture (AI recommendations)
Below, the AI suggests keywords where you have potential but aren't ranked yet. For each one: the keyword, the volume, the difficulty, and an "Article" button that pre-fills the New Article modal in Blog & SEO with this keyword as the main keyword.
"Technical" tab

This is the health audit of your site.
Full site audit
GMB Club analyzes up to 100 pages of your site automatically. The header strip shows:
- Date of the last audit (e.g.:
Audit from May 14, 2026 at 15:04 · 38 pages analyzed) - Overall score out of 100 (e.g.:
92/100 Excellent. Your site is technically clean.)
6 issue counters

| Counter | Description |
|---|---|
| Broken links | Internal links pointing to a 404 page. E.g.: 2 |
| Duplicate titles | Multiple pages share the exact same <title>. E.g.: 1 |
| Broken resources | Images, CSS, JS pointing to 404 |
| Duplicate meta descriptions | Multiple pages share the same description |
| Duplicate content | Pages too similar to each other |
| Non-indexable pages | Pages blocked by noindex, robots.txt, or redirect |
List of pages with issues
The "PAGES WITH ISSUES (6)" table lists the problematic pages. For each one:
- HTTP code (
200green for OK,404red for error) - URL (e.g.:
/menu,/contact,/blog/homemade-burger-recipe) - Number of issues detected (e.g.:
3 issues)
Click on a page to expand the issue details: "Missing title", "More than 3 H1s on the page", "Image without alt (2)", etc. Each issue has a priority and a fix suggestion.
Method: start with the pages with the most issues AND the most visits. A
404on the homepage = critical. A missing alt on a footer image = secondary.
"Connections" tab

This is where you connect Google Search Console to switch from estimates to real Google data.
Connect Google Search Console (GSC)
Click the blue "Connect (1 click)" button next to Google Search Console.
- Google sign-in window → pick the Google account that has access to your site in Search Console
- Authorize read access to your properties' data
- Back in GMB Club, you're asked to choose the property (if multiple properties are on this account) that matches your site
- Once validated, GMB Club fetches:
- Top 100 queries from the last 28 days (clicks, impressions, CTR, position)
- Top 100 pages from the last 28 days
- Monthly traffic over 12 months (clicks + impressions)
The caches are refreshed on every scan. "Refresh" button to force a punctual update.
What changes with GSC connected
In Overview, the "Monthly organic traffic" chart switches to "Real data" mode:
- "Real clicks" line (real data)
- "Impressions" line (real impressions)
- Disclaimer "Data measured directly by Google Search Console on your actual visitors."
In Performance, a new "Top Google queries" table appears with the queries people actually type (often different from the keywords you rank on).
Force a refresh
On any tab, in the "Status" card at the top, click "Refresh" (orange button).
The 1/2 counter tells you how many scans you have left this month. The monthly automatic scan and your manual refreshes share the same quota.
During the scan, the status displays "Analyzing…".
Export to PDF
At the top right of the "Latest analysis" block, a download icon lets you download the full SEO report as PDF.
The PDF (~10-15 pages) contains:
- Cover page with your logo, your name, the report month
- Summary metrics
- Detailed ranked keywords
- Organic competitors
- OnPage audit
- GSC data (if connected)
- AI analysis and recommendations
Useful to share with a client (if you're an agency) or to archive monthly.
Common issues
"You don't have access to the SEO Dashboard" → The module isn't included in your current plan. Email us at [email protected] to activate it or ask for a trial.
My site doesn't show up on the right keywords → Either your site is too recent (ranking data can take 1-3 months to stabilize), or your pages don't explicitly target those keywords. Go to Blog & SEO to publish targeted articles.
The Technical score is low (60-/100) → Look at the counters: broken links and duplicate titles have the biggest impact. Go to Pages with issues and fix them page by page. Re-scan after fixes to measure.
GSC won't connect ("Insufficient permission")
→ You're signing in with a Google account that isn't owner/manager of the Search Console property. Go to search.google.com/search-console, check who has access, add your account as Full or Restricted user if needed.
My ranked keywords dropped 30% overnight
→ Either Google deployed an algorithm update (check searchengineland.com or similar), or you made a major change on the site (URL overhaul, lost pages). Go to Pages with issues: too many 404s can crash rankings in a few days.
How often should I refresh manually per month? → You have a monthly scan quota (counter visible at the top of the page) shared between the automatic scan and your manual refreshes. If you only have one manual refresh available after the auto scan, save it for a big change (overhaul, important new article, major technical fix) — that's when it has the most value.
The site analyzed is different from my site connected for Articles → That's fine. SEO Dashboard tracks the URL you set up in step 1 (1 bubble = 1 URL). Blog & SEO publishes to the connected site (WordPress, Wix, or via custom integration). They're 2 independent things.
